By using Cratelore you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
What Cratelore does
Cratelore takes a plain-language brief and uses an AI agent to research, verify, and assemble a Spotify playlist, along with a written write-up about it. It is a tool that builds playlists into Spotify — it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a replacement for Spotify.
Private beta
Cratelore is currently an invite-only beta, provided as-is. Features may change, break, or be removed, and generations can fail. Access can be granted or revoked at our discretion.
Acceptable use
- Use it to make music playlists, not to abuse the underlying models, extract prompts, or generate unrelated content.
- Don't attempt to overload the service, scrape it, or circumvent access controls.
- Don't use it for anything unlawful, or to infringe others' rights.
- Your brief is treated as a playlist request, not a set of instructions to the system.
Spotify & third parties
Playback and playlists are provided through Spotify and are subject to Spotify's own terms. During the beta, playlists live in a shared Cratelore-owned Spotify account and are public. Your use of connected services (Spotify, Last.fm) is also governed by their terms.
Content & the write-ups
The playlists and write-ups produced for you are yours to use and share. Cratelore may feature publicly-shared playlists and admin-published write-ups in its gallery and Field Notes. Write-ups are generated from research the agent gathers and cites; we aim for accuracy but can't guarantee every detail is error-free.
No warranty & liability
The service is provided without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cratelore is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of it. It is a beta music tool — use your judgment.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
